    Ability to maintain confidentiality.

    Ability to follow care plans, policies, and supervisor instructions.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

    Relevant caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, housekeeping, or customer-service experience is an advantage.
  • 9
    First Aid/CPR or relevant care certifications are an advantage where applicable.
  • 9
    Background checks and reference checks may be required.
  • 9
    A valid driver's licence is required for roles involving client transportation.

Note: Job duties should be adjusted according to each client's care plan, the employee's qualifications, organizational policies, and applicable Ghanaian requirements. Non-clinical caregivers should not be assigned clinical duties beyond their training or legal scope.
