Medication Reminder & Care Support Assistant

We are looking for attentive caregivers to support clients with medication reminders as outlined in their approved care plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders according to the client's established schedule and care plan.
• Remind clients when it is time to take their prescribed medication.
• Record reminders and relevant observations where required.
• Report missed doses, concerns, or unusual observations to the appropriate supervisor or designated family member.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
• Follow all organizational policies and applicable regulations.

Important: This position should be limited to duties legally permitted for the role. Medication administration or other clinical tasks should only be performed by appropriately qualified personnel and where legally authorized.
